Cozumel Scuba Diving

Cozumel dive trips aboard any of our charter dive boats are all inclusive: air cylinders, weights and refreshments (water and light snack) as well as taxes and park permits. Our certified divemaster(s) our all instructors as well, and will be your guide throughout the trip, leading you to safe, pleasurable and memorable dives on the Cozumel Reefs. Alone or in a group, we can handle your diving needs. If you have a small group, ask us about a private charter!

Since our Cozumel dive charters are customized towards your needs and abilities, you can enjoy the time as you choose, with the people who know the region best. Generally 4 hours is sufficient for two tank dives and 8 hours is sufficient for 3 to 4, with refreshments served during surface intervals.

Cozumel is a great place to consider getting certified for scuba diving.  Why not go with the people who will make you feel comfortable and attend to your needs?  It is especially important, as a new diver, or a diver getting certified, to gain the confidence and comfort level that you can get from that small group or one-on-one training or check out services.  If you are interested in doing your check out dives while in Cozumel after having completed courses elsewhere, contact us and let us work with you.  We specialize in children's check out dives.  We'll make your dives comfortable, knowledgeable as well as enjoyable.

Since the famed oceanographer Jacques Cousteau filmed his 1961 documentary here, the island of Cozumel has been internationally recognized for its superb diving. The popularity of scuba diving off the island sometimes overshadows its excellent fishing. During the billfish season in March through June, marlin and sailfish can be caught within 550 yards of the shore. In May, Cozumel hosts its annual billfish tournament attended by hundreds of avid anglers. Most fishing excursions depart from the Club Abrigo Nautico de Cozumel located on the northern side of the island near the airport.

Reservations are a must. We will pick up from hotels or piers in Cozumel only. For additional fees we can pick up from Puerto Aventuras and Puerto Morelos - these are mainland ports. We expect people to come aboard and have a great time! We'll help you. Good serious fishing, good serious fun!

EQUIPMENT: We are a DACOR/Mares dealer and use DACOR and Mares equipment for our rental program. If you need any diving gear we can supply them at a minimal charge to our customers.

NOTE: Dive trips are subject to a new 5% luxury tax and national park entrance fee of about $2 per person per day, our trips include this price, so don't be fooled when checking elsewhere. Dive trips can be combined with 1/2 day fishing trips too!
